Blackjack’s been brewing on Irk Street, Manchester since 2012. In 2021 they installed a whole new brewing plant just across Irk Street from our old facility. In a few words: In a few words: Having cycled around the world discovering breweries and tap rooms make good stopping off points Track founder Sam Dyson brewed in London before returning north to open Track in 2014. 2021 saw a move to larger premises at Piccadilly trading Estate. Staple brews are Hoppy Pales but Track brew a wide range of great beers.

Manchester Beer Union

In a few words: MBU are based on Northwestern street, 2 doors down from Wander Beyond and 3 doors down from Alphabet brewery. They brew only lager and lager beer variants. Their noble aim to brew some of the best lager in the world.

In a few words: Formed by Nick and Ryan who started the Gas Lamp bar in Manchester, Gaz from Marble Brewery and James from Scotland’s Tempest Brewery, Pomona Island brewery is based in Salford, close to Media City. Their beers range from sessionable pales and juicy IPAs to more traditional stouts and experimental sours.
